Identified by my grandmother as her grandfather, James Warren Sargent, born 1831 in New York. Though his age may be right to correspond with the type of photograph, this man DOES NOT appear to look like the other known photos of James W. Sargent. I believe he could be Martin Cary. He also has a resemblance to Frederick Lavern Hatch, seen Here.
