Martin Cary was born abt. 1809 in Pompey, Onondaga Co, New York. He married Carrie Achsah Benson abt. 1834. After 3 children were born in New York, he moved about 1850 to Lenawee Co, Michigan, where the forth child was born abt. 1854, and where Martin died about 1857. Carrie died 22 Dec 1898 in Frontier, Hillsdale Co, Michigan.
