This photo was labeled by my grandmother, "Aunt and Uncle SARGENT". Unfortunate that she didn't use their first names. Her father, Homer, had no living brothers, which meant the man was one of the six brothers of her grandfather, James Warren SARGENT. After comparing the photos, it was determined this was Courtland Sargent Group 25. Seeing no wedding ring, on the finger of Josephine, this photo was likely taken before their marriage on Sept. 27, 1869.

Recently, two photos were sent to me by Phil Lamm, that are known to be Courtland Sargent. One is an older photo of Courtland. The other is a photo of Courtland & Josephine.
