HATCH, $400.00, legal heirs at law of the above named first parties and to be paid at the majority of the above named heirs or as they become of legal age. This Deed is given for the purpose of correcting the description in a Certain Deed heretofore executed and delivered by David N. HATCH and Catharine HATCH, his wife to Fred L. HATCH on June 13, 1891 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hillsdale County in Liber 136 of Deeds on page 603 of Hillsdale County Records.
Commencing at the "northeast corner of the north half of the northwest quarter of Section 13 in Town 8 South, Range 3 West" and running thence west 8 rods; thence south 10 rods; thence east 8 rods; thence north 10 rods to the place of beginning, except 20 feet off the east side used for Public highway.
The undivided one-fifth interest owned by party of the first part in all that certain parcel of land in the Village of Frontier described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of the north half of the northwest quarter of Section 13 in Town 8 South, Range 3 West and running thence west 8 rods; thence south 10 rods; thence east 8 rods; thence north 10 rods to the place of beginning, except 20 feet off the east side used for Public highway. Intending to convey all interest of the first party described in Deed recorded in Liber 156 of Deeds, page 562 of Hillsdale County Records.

Decree issued out of the Circuit Court for Hillsdale County, Michigan, in chancery: The Court doth find that all the material facts charged in said Bill of Complaint are true and that there is a mistake in the description in the Deeds in said Bill of Complaint mentioned and st forth and that it was the intention of the grantor to convey the property as therein alleged: It is therefore Ordered, Adjudged, and Decreed by the Court that said mistake in said Deeds be corrected and that said description be corrected to read as follows, viz: The Deed to FRED L. HATCH, dated "June 13, 1901" reformed and corrected to read as follows: The west half of the northwest quarter of Section 13 in Town 8 South, Range 3 West, except the lot now owned by Nancy Davis of one-fourth of an acre of land. The Deed to Charles E. HATCH, dated May 21, 1888 and recorded in Liber 136 of Deeds, page 606 of Hillsdale County Records be reformed and corrected to read as follows: the north half of the east half of the southeast quarter of Section 12 in Town 8 South, Range 3 West: And that the deed to Alice A. FITZGERALD, dated May 21, 1888 and recorded in Liber 136 of Deeds, page 604 of Hillsdale County Records be reformed and corrected and made to convey as follows: the south half of the east east [sic] half of the southeast quarter of Section 12 in Town 8 South, Range 3 West. It is further Ordered, Adjudged, and Decreed that this Decree, when recorded, stand in the stead and be the description in said Deeds before mentioned and be in all respects the same as if said Deeds had in the first instance contained a correct description of the premises so intended to be conveyed. The Probate Files pertaining to the estate of said Dec'd set forth that said Dec'd died Apr. 18, 1911 intestate. Frank L. HANER was appointed Administrator of the said estate and his Bond approved June 1, 1911. Orders Allowing the Final Account of said Administrator; Assigning the Estate of said Dec'd; and Discharging said Administrator with his Bond were issued out of said Court Mar. 10, 1913.
Order issued out of the Probate Court for Hillsdale County, Michigan. It satisfactorily appearing to the Court that all the proceedings required by law for the proper administration and settlement of the estate of said Dec'd have been taken and that all the debts, funeral charges, and expenses of last sickness and administration have been fully paid and that there remains no personal property but all of the Real Estate to be assigned by the Court. And it further appearing that Dorr HATCH, son; Iva Dell SHAULL, daughter; Eylla Dott SARGENT, Otto E. SARGENT, Roscoe SARGENT, and Orlin SARGENT, grandchildren and children of Maude SARGENT, a deceased daughter are all of such heirs at law and entitled to said Real Estate: It is Ordered, Adjudged, and Decreed by the Court that all of said Real Estate be and the same is hereby assigned to said son, daughter, and grand children or to their assigns. The Probate Files pertaining to the estate of Said Minors set forth that Frank CARPENTER was appointed Guardian of said minors and their Bond approved Jan. 18, 1913. Said Guardian was licensed on Feb. 25, 1913 to sell the interest of said minors for the purpose of investment in and to the following Real estate, to-wit: An undivided one-third of all that parcel of land described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of the north half of the northwest quarter of Section 13 in Town 8 South, Range 3 West and running thence west 8 rods; thence south 10 rods; thence east 8 rods; thence north 10 rods to the place of beginning, except 20 feet off the east side used for public highway. Pursuant to said License the interest of said minors in the above described Real estate was sold to Herman HIGLEY for $250.00 less one-third expenses of sale and charges in HATCH estate or net $167.76. Said Sale confirmed and a Deed of conveyance ordered executed by the court on Mar. 10, 1913.
