My grandmother labeled this photo "Iva Hutchings, Dad's cousin". Again, she was half right. This is Iva Hutchins (no g) but Iva was the cousin to my grandmother's mother, not her father. Since my grandmother lost her mother when she was only 12 years old, she evidently wasn't very close with her mother's family, and therefore assumed most of her family was related through her father. Iva Hutchins, born about 1885, was the daughter of Chester W. Hutchins and Rillie Fuller.(See Group 23) Iva married Harry Jacobs and had a daughter, Mary Jacobs.
