From John Harter III: The clipping about the Sponenberg Farmhouse was part of a weekly column by Ted Fenstermacher, who wrote about local history. The clipping is not dated but it probably is no more than ten or fifteen years old. Fenstermacher is no longer living and I doubt that his recommendation was ever pursued.
