From Richard Johnson:   "I think the picture was taken around 1900-1905 when George and Lucinda were living in Halstead, Harvey County, Kansas, and George was in semi-retirement from farming. At that point, he was essentially running a herd of beef cattle on some land outside Halstead. The actual address was 215 S. Harvey, in the town of Halstead. Of course the house is no longer there."
