He was born Oct 07, 1839 in Hinsdale, Cattaraugus Co, New York and died Jan 20, 1919 in Great Valley, Cattaraugus Co, New York. Alzina was born May 01, 1844 and died Mar 09, 1916. "Edwin's wife was Alzina Ward from Iosco, Michigan. They lost their first two baby daughters but had Melvin, standing with his wife Abby, and Norman who survived them.
