Charles W Manning was born Oct 04, 1923, in Ticonderoga, Essex Co, New York, the son of Clarence H Manning and Frances Adele Porter. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps on Nov. 13, 1942 and was injured the spring of 1944. Charles died on Oct. 30, 1999.
